Krislyn Meyer-Komorov is a multidisciplinary artist and designer with over two decades of experience across floral design, retail environments, and large-scale installations. She began her design career at Krislyn Design, her name-sake floral and retail studio known internationally for its sculptural, composition-driven approach to botanical work and a high-profile client base of design-forward celebrities, hospitality brands, artists, architects and interior designers.That foundation continues to inform her role at Organized Matter, where she leads creative direction across environments and brand experiences. Her work is guided by a focus on form, material, and spatial rhythm, with an emphasis on ideas that are both expressive and buildable. Mary Hill has over 25 years of experience in design and event production, with a background that bridges creative collaboration and complex project management across live events, installations and experiential productions. She has managed productions across the U.S. and internationally, including work in Los Angeles, New York, and abroad, with experience spanning runway shows, awards programs, private events, and corporate productions, working with clients ranging from corporate teams and creative agencies to destination management companies, municipalities, and private individuals.She is known for building collaborative, high-functioning teams, creating environments where people can do their best work while maintaining clear communication and accountability.At Organized Matter, Mary oversees production across all projects, managing teams, vendors, budgets, and technical systems. James Benn is an artist and designer whose work explores natural form through sculpture, lighting, and botanical environments. His practice focuses on texture, pattern, and the way materials interact with light and space, often within large-scale installations and immersive environments. He brings extensive experience in floral design, known for developing organic, unexpected structures that expand traditional approaches to botanical work.He studied at CCA San Francisco, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and has developed work ranging from commissioned installations for Disney to ongoing collaborative projects.At Organized Matter, James contributes to both concept development and fabrication, helping shape material direction through hands-on fabrication, prototyping, and spatial experimentation.
