One of the challenges with this hotel renovation was working with the historical guidelines. In the historic portions of the hotel the paint colors, flooring, lighting fixtures and architectural details required preservation. Much consideration went into choosing materials to complement the existing heritage while integrating the brand’s messaging and tone while keeping an authentic feel.
